Anxiety  Depression  Psychological Support

There are times in our lives when we lose our sense of well-being and our personal and/or family life balance may feel overwhelming. To regain peace and harmony again, it is good and often necessary to take a step back. We can then examine the needs and focus on the objectives. The psychoeducational approach uses a goal oriented approach which uses a person’s strengths and that of their environment. By working together with the different environments, positive results towards achieving a peaceful balance are possible.

Support is available if you, your child or family are experiencing difficulty coping with any of the following:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Parental coaching and guidance
  • ADHD
  • Behavioral difficulties
  • Attachment issues
  • Separation anxiety
  • Coping with a diagnosis
  • Grief and loss
  • Relational difficulties within the family or with peers
  • Separation and divorce
  • Life transitions

The psychoeducational approach is the effective, practical and can prove successful even in a relatively short period of time. Even the smallest steps can lead to big changes.

I am a member of the Ordre des psychoéducateurs psychoéducatrices du Québec.

Reaching your goals…

Are you seeking individual, couple, or family support? Psychoeducation can help. With care and compassion for your values and goals, we will uncover your strengths together in order to develop your full potential. With a different lens and fresh perspective, life’s challenging moments can be used as opportunities for growth to make lasting changes.

It may take time some patience before we see changes. While there is no guarantee how long it will be, with consistency, we can expect to see changes happen fairly quickly. I am here to support and encourage you along the way.

Each session is 50-minutes. A receipt will be issued after each consultation.
