Anxiety  Depression  Psychological Support

There are times in our lives when we lose our sense of well-being and our personal and/or family life balance may feel overwhelming. To regain peace and harmony again, it is good and often necessary to take a step back. We can then examine the needs and focus on the objectives. The psychoeducational approach uses a goal oriented approach which uses a person’s strengths and that of their environment. By working together with the different environments, positive results towards achieving a peaceful balance are possible.

Support is available if you, your child or family are experiencing difficulty coping with any of the following:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Parental coaching and guidance
  • ADHD
  • Behavioral difficulties
  • Attachment issues
  • Separation anxiety
  • Coping with a diagnosis
  • Grief and loss
  • Relational difficulties within the family or with peers
  • Separation and divorce
  • Life transitions

The psychoeducational approach is the effective, practical and can prove successful even in a relatively short period of time. Even the smallest steps can lead to big changes.
